When the day is "blahhhh", make space potatoes

Waking up in the middle of the night with an upset stomach and a pounding head, I wondered how to feel better. The answer? Plenty of broth, tea, and rest! Sometimes, the only way to tackle tough days is by allowing your mind and body to recuperate and regain strength. I caught a mild version of whatever bug was circulating. Now, on day 3, things are starting to improve. I'm thankful it wasn't a severe flu or anything similar, but it did give me extra time to catch up on reading and knitting. It's all about the "when life gives you lemons" attitude. I've learned more trivia about space, discovered a new dinosaur fossil species, and figured out how to improve the texture of my scalloped potato recipe. Space taters, anyone?
