I took a break to address some health challenges, but I've been working a little behind the scenes. There are projects to upload, research to conduct, and more. When you don't see new materials uploaded, it often means I'm busy creating at the art table, knitting in my fave

chair, or conducting research for informed sessions. Living with migraines often results in disrupted schedules and delayed deadlines, but it also opens up creative avenues.
